Signatory Edradour 2012

Signatory Vintage is an independent bottling company, playing an important role in the whisky business. In this case, they have chosen to bottle from the same Distillery they also own and operate, known as Edradour. Scotland’s ‘little gem’. Matured in ex-sherry barrels for 10 years, this flavourful single malt was bottled in November 2022 for Signatory Vintage Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The colour alone will certainly grab your attention! It offers a wonderfully smooth and creamy mix of dried figs, purple plum, dried cherries and citrus peel with a hint of oaky vanilla on a spicy, nutty finish.
