Dating back to 1825, Edradour (Scotland’s Little Gem) certainly has a long-lasting stronghold of handmade single malt whisky. Hidden in the very heart of Perthshire, this picturesque ‘Little Model Village’ of Edradour, is steeped in history. Distilled in 2014 this edition of its Small Batch single malt spent eleven years maturing in a St. Michael Eppan 1st Fill Lagrein Casks and bottled in 2025. The impact of Lagrein Cask is extremely pronounced in this 11-year-old whisky, offering elegant and juicy notes of jammy blueberry, dark cherry, dark chocolate, creamy toffee, baking spices and a hint of vanilla.
