Edradour 2013 'Ibisco' Bourbon Cask Matured

This beauty is part of the Edradour ‘Ibisco’ Decanter series. It’s a single malt whisky from a tiny Highland distillery, matured in bourbon casks for 10 years. This whisky was also bottled in 2023 at 60.4% abv, for a huge punch of crafty goodness. It carries a soft gold colour enriched with flavours of creamy vanilla, apple, yellow plum and tangerine with a mix of caramel covered coconuts and shortbread cookies. Liquid Gold!
