Dating back to 1825, Edradour (Scotland’s Little Gem) certainly has a long-lasting stronghold of handmade single malt whisky. Hidden in the very heart of Perthshire, this picturesque ‘Little Model Village’ of Edradour, is steeped in history. Distilled in 2010, this edition of its Small Batch single malt spent fifteen years maturing in a Quinta de Sao Francisco Estremadura Port Cask and bottled up in 2025. The impact of Port Cask is extremely pronounced in this 15-year-old whisky, offering succulent notes of baked apples, raisins, dried plums and cinnamon with a hint of honey and toffee.
