Edradour 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Batch #4

The Edradour ‘Natural Cask Strength’ Batch #4 series contains some of the richest and most flavourful whiskies from their line-up. Most whiskies are brought down to a standard percentage of alcohol by volume, by adding water to the spirit before bottling. However, a cask strength whisky is bottled at the strength at which it’s drawn from the cask – nothing is added, and nothing is taken away. This 12-Year-Old offering is also aged in ex-oloroso sherry casks, showcasing a mix of chewy raisins, plums, dried orange, dried cranberry and a hint of toasted oak.
