Domaine Ventoura Petit Chablis

Petit Chablis is an appellation that was created in 1944 and the fruit is sourced from vineyards surrounding Chablis. Domaine Ventoura has been growing Chardonnay in and around this area since 1953. This wine is fermented and briefly aged solely in stainless steel. The idea is to emphasize the purity and freshness of the Chardonnay grape.
