Domaine Masse was founded by Claude Masse, who began as a cooper and was further developed by his son after the Second World War. But the estate’s winemaking origins in Burgundy date back to 1595. Bouzeron is a small village in the Cote Chalonnaise sub-region of Burgundy, with its own appellation for white wines made exclusively from Aligote. Some might say, the other white grape of Burgundy. This unique offering produces a rich and creamy white with wonderful varietal expression and lots of juicy fruit. You’ll taste a mix of freshly cut apricot, lemon rind, peach and spring blossom, with a hint of wet stone, that’s both succulent and refreshingly brisk.
