Domaine Deux Roches 'Vieilles Vignes' Pouilly-Fuisse

The story of Domaine Deux Roches began in 1985. Christian Collovray and Jean-Luc Terrier have been friends since childhood and grew up sharing a common love for the vine and wine. Their bond strengthened when they married two sisters, Brigitte and Florence, who also came from a family of winemakers. Together, the four of them each play an important role in running the estate, with a shared passion and timeless energy. This Pouilly-Fuisse (Chardonnay) is fermented and aged in oak barrels (10% new) for 8 to 10 months. It carries rich flavours of green apple, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon curd, fresh cut flowers and creamy brioche.
