The Rhone Valley in southern France has been a hot spot for wine culture since the 4th century. But it was the Romans who first established the vineyards and reputation of the area we see today. The Feraud family, owners of Chateau Pegau, can trace their roots all the way back to the middle of the 17th century. This is a creamy blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. It carries a mix of raspberry jam, blueberries, plum, and spicy herbs with silky tannins.
