Domaine La Colliere Cotes du Rhone

Over two-thirds of the wine produced in the Rhone falls under the Cotes du Rhone appellation. If one looks close enough, wines of very high quality can easily be found. The history of this family-owned property has always been linked to mixed farming. In 2003, a switch to winemaking took place, thanks to the acquisition of a new plot of land. This is a classic blend of Grenache and Syrah. It carries a mix of raspberry jam and plum alongside black pepper, sage and licorice.
