Jean Francois Gravel began homebrewing in 1991 and quickly became enamoured by the craft. When he met Stephane Ostiguy during an internship at the Armand-Frappier Institute, they decided to open a microbrewery in Quebec. This beer called ‘Dent De Requin’ or ‘Shark Tooth’, is a highly aromatic and classic West Coast IPA, with a little haze.
