Domaine Denizot 'Osmoze' Sancerre

Domaine Denizot is a family business that has seen six generations run through the vineyards, in the wine region of Sancerre. This area is highly regarded for and primarily associated with white wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Currently, Jennifer and Thibauld Denizot oversee the estate, alongside a dedicated team of seven individuals who support the vineyards. No oak here, but it certainly carries many layers of texture, from fermentation and aging in concrete tanks on its lees. It offers notes of lemon pith, grapefruit, green pineapple and passion fruit with hints of musky melon and flint.
