Cremant de Loire is the appellation used to describe the sparkling wines produced in Loire Valley, France. These wines are made using the same method that is used to create the infamous wines of Champagne. This version is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc. It carries a mix of apples, lemon curd, nectarines and orange blossoms, abound in a fabulous wooly creaminess.
