Cremant de Loire is the appellation used to describe the sparkling wines produced in Loire Valley, France. These wines are made using the same method that is used to create the infamous wines of Champagne. This Cremant Rose is made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and a local varietal known as Grolleau. It’s aged for 18 months 'on laths' (meaning the bottles are stored on thin layers of wood, horizontally) before disgorgement, bringing an incomparable finesse of bubbles. You’ll taste a mix of dried cranberry, raspberry, cherry and strawberry with some subtle spices.
