Corte Adami Soave

Soave (“swah-vay”) is an Italian white wine, made from grapes grown around the medieval village of Soave, in Northern Italy. The Adami family has been involved in viticulture for generations, supplying wine grapes to some of the finest wine producers in the region. In 2004 Angelo and Andrea Adami decided to expand their operation to begin producing wine themselves. This white is a refreshing blast of juice, bursting a mix of citrus, peach and apricots with notes of fresh herbs.
