For centuries, dry rose has been a staple in the south of France and easily falls into a category of an all-occasion wine. Most wine drinkers will indulge in rose through the warmer months but why not enjoy this amazing delight through the entire year! In 2001, the Austruy family acquired this estate. However, documentation shows the first vines were harvested in 1204. This is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah and Rolle. It carries all the clean, refreshing characters one would expect from a Provencal Rose. A graceful mix of strawberries, watermelon, cranberry and spicy cherry.
