Chateau De Tracy 'Mademoiselle' Pouilly-Fume

Chateau de Tracy is one of the oldest family-owned wine estates in France, with archives dating back to 1396. However, the modern viticulture chapter in the Chateau’s history began with a vinous renaissance in the 1950s. Today, their daughter Juliette d’Assay manages the vineyards, surrounded by a young and passionate team. This Pouilly-Fume (Sauvignon Blanc) certainly carries many layers of texture, from fermentation and aging in concrete tanks on its lees. It offers notes of lemon pith, grapefruit, green pineapple and passion fruit, with hints of musky melon and flint.
