Chateau Saint Cosme Cotes du Rhone

Chateau de Saint Cosme is one of the leading estates in the Southern Rhone. The property has been in the hands of the Barruol family since 1490. Louis Barruol took over from his father in 1992, keeping his family’s legacy alive. This Cotes du Rhone is made from 100% Syrah, making it a rare find indeed, as we certainly don’t see this very often. It carries a bold mix of raspberry jam, cassis, fig, smoked bacon and spicy thyme with smooth and silky tannins.
