Availability: In stock (6)

Chateau Rocher-Bonregard was created in 1880 by Monsieur Rocher, ancestor of the Tournier family who are the current owners. The property is located in southern Pomerol, which is one of smallest of the major fine wine regions within Bordeaux. Located on the Right Bank, it is one-seventh the size of its much larger neighbour, Saint-Emilion. The owners of this Chateau continue to bring all of their know-how, to prolong the tradition in this appellation, with only 2.6 hectares of vineyards. This wine is a blend of mainly Merlot with some Cabernet Franc. You’ll taste a mingle of currant, dark raspberry, plum and cassis, with a hint of black olive, violet, mocha and toast. Drink now or hold for another 6 years.
