Chateau Laballe Bas-Armagnac 2003

Chateau Laballe was first bought by Mister Jean Dominique Laudet in 1820 and passed along from generation to generation. Today, Cyril and his wife Julie, the 8^th gerneration, run everything from vineyard management to the production of high-quality Armagnac. The wood-heated Copper still they use, was purchased in 1923 and continues to be used today. Bas-Armagnac is one of the top plantation areas for grapes, within the region of Armagnac. This 2003 vintage invites you into a trance, mixing citrus fruits, cocoa, roasted almonds, hazelnuts and vanilla.
