This red from Chateau La Grande Metairie, is part of a series designed around freshness and wines meant to be enjoyed in their younger years. Cuvee ‘109’ is just that and when thinking of a French classic, one might not think of choosing a Bordeaux made from 100% Merlot. You’ll taste a burst of black fruit, morello cherries and violets with elegant tannins.
