Chateau Haut-Batailley is symbolized by the iconic I’Aspic Tower, marking the entry into this captivating Pauillac vineyard. The estate is a classified as one of the eighteen Cinquièmes Crus (Fifth Growths) in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855. In 2017, the Cazes family, owners of Chateau Lynch-Bages and Chateau Ormes de Pez, acquired it and began writing a new chapter. The vines of for this wine are located in the southern part of the Pauillac appellation, on the edge of Saint-Julien. This wine is an elegant and harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It’s fine tannins and freshness guarantee pleasure, offering a mix of blackberry, redcurrants, red plums and cassis with herbs and mocha. Drink between: 2022-2044
