The Roux family acquired this farm in 1896 and have kept the same honour and traditions in place for five generations. White Cotes-du-Rhone can be very difficult to find but always easy to drink. Made from 100% Roussanne. It’s creamy and mouth coating but still carries lots of freshness with melon, pear, pineapple and a hint of spicy almonds.
