Chateau Clarisse Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion

Olivia and Didier Le Calvez have always had a passion for wine and its environment, dating back to their childhood memories and growing up in Bordeaux. After several years of research, the dream of making their own wine took form in 2010. This wine stems from the rarely praised Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion wine zone. This area is known as one of the four satellite appellations, situated immediately north and northeast of the famed Saint-Emilion. Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, round out the blend of this lovely wine, offering a mix of blue and purple fruit with a hint of espresso, violets and wild herbs.
