Chenin Blanc is a wonderfully versatile grape varietal, that has been cultivated in France for nearly 1300 years. It is most commonly associated with France’s Loire Valley and no appellation does a better job of showcasing the grape’s diversity, than Vouvray. It’s bursting a mix of apples, nectarines and orange blossoms, bound together in a fabulous woolly creaminess. It’s also made in a Demi-Sec (off-dry) style for a little sweetness on the finish and a true classic.
