Ch. La Croix des Pins ‘Les Dessous Des Dentelles’ Gigondas

The history of this estate dates back to the 16^th century and the current team is busy breathing new life into the property. The wines of Gigondas are often over-shadowed by those of the famous neighbouring Chateauneuf-du-Pape region, but those wines carry a hefty price tag so finding incredible value from this area is a nice treat. This is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. It’s loaded with black plum, blackberry jam, intense black pepper spice and a hint of black licorice.
