Cellars Fuentes has always been part of the winemaking revolution of Spain's Priorat region for the last 20+ years and has helped propel it into the spotlight. Founded in 1995, this 75-acre property was purchased in 2002 by John Hunt and winemaking is under the supervision of the talented young winemaker, Josep Angel Mestre. 40 miles southwest of Barcelona, the Priorat region has been hailed as a modern-day superstar for Spanish wine. ‘Solluna’ is an elegant and velvety smooth blend of Garnacha, Carinena and Syrah. You’ll taste a fusion of red and black fruits, with notes of dark chocolate, forest herbs and balsamic.
