Casa Viva Chardonnay

This prime cool-climate wine region of the Casablanca Valley, on Chile's west coast, offers 110-million-year-old granite and alluvial soils for the vines to thrive. This winery is located 70 kilometers away from Santiago. Casa Viva means ‘living house’ in honour of the unique architecture of Valpariso, the port city for the Casablanca Valley. This Chardonnay is fermented and aged solely in stainless steel tanks. It offers a mix of green apple and grapefruit with a hint of fresh cut flowers and honey.
