Cantina Dei 5 Sogni Langhe Chardonnay

In 2018, The Cantina dei 5 Sogni (Cellar of the 5 Dreams) was born in the hilly Langhe wine region, which is a fascinating area of ​​Piedmont and relatively unknown. The hills are covered in vineyards with medieval hill towns and ancient castles, perched atop their peaks. This is a refreshing and refined bottle of Langhe Chardonnay, which is left to ferment in stainless steel tanks and aged in 30% new oak for four months.  It offers a mix of citrus fruits, spicy pineapple, red apple and orange blossom with a creamy overtone of harmony.
