Burn Cottage Riesling/Gruner Veltliner

This property is owned by husband and wife Marquis & Dianne Sauvage, who purchased the unplanted property in 2002. With the help of one of the top California winemakers, Ted Lemon, their endeavour began. This exciting white blend of Riesling and Gruner Veltliner, is their eighth release and definitely something very unique. It offers enticing notes of white peach, jasmine, lime, white pepper and ginger spice. The palate is also richly textural and expressive, with a zippy minerality and lots of creaminess.
