Breckenridge Whiskey PX Cask Finish

Founded in 2008 and releasing their first bourbon three years later, Breckenridge Distillery has quickly become a highly sought-after producer of fine spirits in the U.S. For this Bourbon, they acquired a selection of retired PX barrels and filled them with their classic Bourbon Whiskey. This allows the spirit to bask a little further in these ripe and fruity vessels for additional flavour and sweetness. The end result offers a mix of fig compote, plum marmalade and licorice, to complement the sweet oak and vanilla richness.
