Brandini Alta Langa Brut

Agricola Brandini has been producing wines for only 20 years, but this hasn’t stopped them from releasing some top-notch bottles of goodness. Alta Lange is the Piedmontese brut sparkling wine. This is an extremely small appellation with a very long history, dating back to the mid-19^th century. The Brandini family released their first sparkling wine in 2010, under this designation. It’s a blend of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, that will certainly remind you of the finesse and mousse of fine Champagne. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle and it's matured on its lees for approximately 48 months. It’s perfectly poised and balanced with a zippy freshness.
