Since the launch of its first wines in 1991, Blue Mountain has been one of the Okanagan Valley’s quality pioneers. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this wine, are whole cluster pressed, to ensure the purity of the juice. The wine is also briefly aged on its lees, with some fermentation in French oak, for an added level of creaminess. You’ll taste a classic mix of melon, white peach, grapefruit and citrus with a hint of chamomile tea.
