Blue Mountain R.D. 2016 Reserve Brut

Since the launch of its first wines in 1991, Blue Mountain has been one of the Okanagan Valley’s quality pioneers. Thirty years of continuous releases, made exclusively from grapes grown on the family’s estate, has built a reputation for outstanding wines. This 2016 Brut Reserve is part of their ‘recently disgorged’ or R.D. series. This process includes a classic secondary fermentation in the bottle, with aging on its lees for 7 years. The wine was then disgorged in July 2024. It’s a rich and creamy blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, showcasing a mix of green apple, citrus, brioche, strawberry and toast with a fine mousse.
