Blue Mountain Brut Blanc

Since the launch of its first wines in 1991, Blue Mountain has been one of the Okanagan Valley’s quality pioneers. Thirty years of continuous releases, made exclusively from grapes grown on the family’s estate, has built a reputation for outstanding wines. This Brut ‘Gold Label’ is made from a blend of Pinot and Chardonnay. Lees aging lasts 24 months, before disgorgement. It carries a fine, creamy mousse with a mix of apple, pear, quince-paste and honeyed biscuits.
