Blue Mountain Brut Rose

Since the launch of its first wines in 1991, Blue Mountain has been one of the Okanagan Valley’s quality pioneers. Their sparkling wine program has proven to be one of the best in Canada, made in the Methode Traditionnelle style (secondary fermentation in the bottle, like the famed Champagne). This Brut Rose is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It carries a fine mousse, offering luscious notes of wild strawberry, candied current and raspberry with a crisp finish across the palate. This wine is aged sur-lie for thirty months, prior to being disgorged and is aged an additional 6 to 9 months, before release. Yum!
