Benjamin Bridge NV Brut

Over two short decades, Benjamin Bridge has distinguished itself as one of Canada's premier sparkling wine producers. It all started in 1999, as a labour of love, with Nova Scotian entrepreneurs Gerry McConnell and the late Dara Gordon. The vineyards are located in the heart of the Gaspereau Valley, on the Bay of Fundy. This NV Brut, is a non-vintage bubbly blending L’Acadie and Chardonnay. It’s creamy and elegant, offering notes of lemon rind, fresh apple, yellow pear and lime blossom with a hint of baked goods and toast.
