The team behind Backcountry Brewing joined forces in 2015, when they realized they each had a different piece of the puzzle to opening a new brewery. Located in Squamish, they have found a nice groove in BC’s craft beer scene. This kettle sour has been loaded with pounds of peach puree and then conditioned on a silly amount of peach gummies.
