Averna is an authentic Italian Amaro with more than 150 years of Sicilian heritage. It’s made according to the traditional recipe, unchanged since 1868, following a lengthy infusion process. This secret recipe is a mix of herbs, roots and spices, that have been carefully selected and infused with the essential oils of bitter oranges and lemons.
