The Annapolis Cider Company was founded in 2016 with the goal of creating ciders that are genuine expressions of Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley. They have achieved this by working with local fruit growers to secure the highest-quality apples. This is a crisp and dry cider that has a touch of freshly pressed apple juice, at the end of initial fermentation. The apple varieties they use vary throughout the year, to express diversity.
