Alesmith Brewing was founded in a small single-unit space in the commercial district of Miramar, San Diego. From their courteous beginnings in 1995, they have continued to be recognized with numerous awards both locally and abroad. This IPA is a classic West Coast style, boasting a huge hop profile from Columbus and Citra hops. It’s tart and tangy showcasing a mix of green apple, grapefruit, white grape and lemon curd with a hint of pine resin and caramel malt.
