Agnes Paquet Hautes Cotes De Beaune Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Agnes Paquet’s winery is located in the picturesque village of Meloisey, close to the town of Beaune. This vineyard was acquired by Agnes’ grandparents in 1950 and they subsequently rented parcels out to vignerons (farmers). When Agnes overheard her parents discussing the potential sale of the land in the mid 1990s, Agnes decided to keep the property and make her own wine. At the early age of 21, she felt very fortunate to have such prime vineyard land in Burgundy. The fruit for this Pinot Noir is sourced from the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, which is certainly a very unique spot. You’ll taste a basket full of berries, baking spices, spring flowers and hints of the earth with silky, ripe tannins. Drink between: 2025-2029
