Adelphi Glenborrodale Blended Malt Whisky

In 1993 Jamie Walker, the great-great-grandson of Archibald Walker revives the Adelphi name as an independent bottler in or order to explore the mysteries of malt whiskey and make a limited number of rare, well aged and top quality malt whiskies. The Glenborrodale Blended Malt takes its name from the castle and village adjacent to our distillery. Comprised of Highland malt whiskies matured in refill sherry hogsheads, with notes of honeysuckle, crunchy nut Cornflakes, salted popcorn and a wisp of smoke. Bottled at 46% and unchill-filtered, this is a naturally hazy dram, particularly amidst with all its wonderful texture intact.
