Domaine Alain Geoffroy Petit Chablis

Honoré Geoffroy developed his families’ vineyards in the heart of the Chablis, around 1850. Alain Geoffroy upgraded the property to the level of Domaine, proving a worthy heir of all generations with traditional methods. Petit Chablis is an appellation that was created in 1944 and the fruit is sourced from the villages surrounding Chablis. For the most part, wines from this area are unoaked, showing all that is crisp and delicate about Chardonnay. This wine is aged solely in stainless steel tanks mixing spicy citrus and apple with a hint of wet stone and fresh flowers.
