Signatory Miltonduff 2011

Signatory Vintage is an independent bottling company, playing an important role in the whisky business. In this case, they have purchased a cask from the Miltonduff Distillery and then carefully chosen when to bottle and release the whisky. Distilled in 2011, this single malt spent 12 years aging within a small batch of first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts and part of their 100 Proof Edition series. It’s also bottled at 57.1% abv, free from chill-filtration for their fourteenth edition. It offers a creamy and smooth blend of dark berries, spicy plum, sweet raisin and dark chocolate with a hint of caramel, honey dipped shortbread and white pepper. Don’t be afraid to cut the abv with a drop of water, to release the goodness!
