Signatory Inchgower 2008

Signatory Vintage is an independent bottling company, playing an important role in the whisky business. In this case, they have purchased casks from the Inchgower Distillery and then carefully chosen when to bottle and release the whisky. Matured in a pair of ex-bourbon barrels for 14 years, this 2008-vintage Inchgower single malt was bottled in April 2022 for Signatory Vintage Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It’s a wonderfully tasty dram offering notes of crème brulee, pear, yellow apple, white grapes, kiwi, caramel, oatmeal cookies and oily grain throughout the palate.
