Signatory Benrinnes 2010

Signatory Vintage is an independent bottling company, playing an important role in the whisky business. In this case, they have purchased two casks from the Benrinnes Distillery and then carefully chosen when to bottle and release the whisky. Distilled in 2010, this single malt spent 12 years aging and was finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry barrels. The whisky was then bottled in January 2023 and part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It offers a rich and juicy burst of blackberry, raisin, dried prune and spicy chocolate with a hint of oaky vanilla and nuts.
