Signatory Ardmore 2010

Signatory Vintage is an independent bottling company, playing an important role in the whisky business. In this case, they have purchased casks from the Ardmore Distillery and then carefully chosen when to bottle and release the whisky. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels with one barrel previously containing peated whisky for 10 years and bottled March 2021. This whisky offers a mix of poached pear, green apple, honey, shortbread, baking spiced vanilla and caramel coated nuts with a hint of peaty smoke.
