The Shaw + Smith winery was founded in 1989 by Michael Hill Smith and Martin Shaw with the goal of producing elegant and refined wines, from the Adelaide hills region of Australia. This Sauvignon Blanc goes through cooler fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by brief maturation on lees for an added creaminess. It also walks the line perfectly between grapefruit, peach, florals and zingy acidity.
