Rigoberto Cabernet Sauvignon

This would be better described as a sort of ‘project wine’, formed by a group of seasoned professionals, after starting up their own small cooperative winery in 2013. Cooperative wineries are fascinating little ecosystems. They consist of a community of winegrowers (farmers) and winemakers that bound together as a team. This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of cedar, cassis, blueberry, red fruit preserves and mint with a hint of vanilla and mocha. It’s also tightly structured and round, with soft tannins proving terrific value.
